Perhaps you just enjoy spending time with your dog, and you like it when you can watch the dog perform a few fun tricks for treats. Many people love it when their dog learns anew trick, and this is something that many people will actually go to great lengths for.

If you can teach your dog 2 tricks a year, by the time that the dog is 5 they will have their own show going. This is something that can be a great thing as you can actually use those trick for good purposes. If you take this dog to the local nursing homes or hospitals, this dog could actually become a therapy dog. This is a big thing for the people in emotional need of uplift.
