This is something that takes a great deal of time to master, as it is much more difficult for you to demonstrate the level of control over the dog, when you do not actually have a way to physically control them.

This training is great for older dogs, as they most likely have already had some form of formal training in the past. Young dogs such as puppies are far less likely to be trained in this manner right off the hop as they are very excitable to begin with.

With the amount of choices that you have in regards to training, you will not really have to worry about the dog that you own failing to live up to the level of excitement that you had when you first got them. This type of training can actually often be associated with a natural form of dog training.
